Introduction to Health and Safety
This comprehensive course is designed for all employees working in any sector or industry. The aim of the course is to provide delegates with an understanding of health and safety that will help them contribute to any health and safety management system.
This includes an understanding of the legal requirements placed on employers and employees, hazards and risks in the workplace and the controls in place to reduce them.
The course can be tailored to suit specific business and individual needs and our expert trainers will make this course interesting and relevant to the workplace for the delegates.
This course is suitable for all employees that have no supervisory or managerial responsibilities and are working in any sector or industry.
Assessment and Certification:
All delegates will undertake a formal multiple-choice examination at the end of the day.
All successful delegates will receive a nationally recognised Level 2 award in Health and Safety in the Workplace certificate, which is valid for 3 years
